Lovely place, nice location with access straight on to the beach. Easy to walk to town and around the salinas. Great to have snorkel and fins available and the little outdoor seating behind the property was nice too and the golf cart fitted in there. Lots of thoughtful touches in the house and we all slept well! Really recommend for a stay in Grand Turk, and Katy and Nisso stayed in contact to make sure we had all we needed.

I had an amazing stay with Katy and Nisso! They treated me so well and were always helpful with anything I needed. When I come back to Grand Turk, I will definitely be booking this same place again. The pictures are exactly how it looks in person, and the whole experience was even better than expected.

We arrived for a birthday celebration and the house was perfect including the location in a quiet area also close to town on the ocean. It was very beautiful, safe and just what we wanted. I would return.

Wow, this is a true gem. The location is amazing right at the beach. The house is beautiful and full of character, shows that it is actually a second home to the owners. It has all we needed and more, beach towels, extra snorkeling gear, the works. But to top all, Katy was so responsive and proactive. She hooked us up with a golf cart rental that waited for us at the airport, connected us to whale tour operators that were amazing and the cost was half of what we were offered by others, gave amazing food recommendations, etc. She kept assisting us even after we left. Everything was absolutely amazing. Thanks Katy!

Awesome place, great host, phenomenal location. We could not ask for anything more. Thank you for making our visit a memorable one. My friends and I truly enjoyed our time. Most importantly thank you for being flexible when we had issues during our travels. Thank you so much!

A great place to stay on Grand Turk. The beach is a few steps from the house. We had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Snorkeling is great with shallow water and good visibility. We saw turtles, rays, an octopus and many types of fishes. The rooms in the house are large and the kitchen has lots of tools. Our hosts even arranged a pot for our crab boil! The house is close to four different grocery stores so food is easy to find. Overall, a great experience!

The location right on a private part of Pillory beach was perfect. The unit was very comfortable too. Quality beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. There were also snorkels and masks and a life jacket. The manager of the unit (O'Neil) was constantly checking on us. The owners also gave us useful information of things to do and even arranged a great priced golf cart for us. We would stay here again if we are ever back in Grand Turk.

Clean, bright and well laid out house in excellent location. The hosts were super responsive and very helpful with suggestions. We have been to the island previously, and stayed elsewhere, and this stay was more comfortable and spacious than our prior visits.

The Sunflower Villa was the perfect spot for our group. Lovely decor, great amenities, very bright and clean, and only steps from the beach. We felt very at home there, and enjoyed our morning swim without anyone around. Within walking distance of a couple of bars and restaurants, and a short drive to local supermarkets and favorite island restaurants. The hosts and their property manager were very responsive, accessible, and friendly. We will definitely stay here again next time we are on Grand Turk. Thank you.

Lovely villa and the photos did not do it justice. It was the perfect location to Pillory Beach and on most days when the cruise ships were not in port we had the beach to ourselves.

Excellent stay when in Grand Turk, and Oneil (property manager) was truly amazing and so hospitable, met us at the airport and checked in often. Thanks Katy, Nisso, and Oneil for a wonderful stay. Must places to visit: Osprey Hotel for breakfast, lunch, or dinner; deep sea fishing with Kel and Roger at Deep Blue, we caught lots of yellowfin tuna; Jacks Shack for lunch on cruise ship days; Cakeos for the best iced espressos.

Absolutely great stay at the Sunflower Villa. Oneil met us at the airport and checked on us daily. Hosts were very responsive and gave great suggestions. Thanks, had such a great stay!
